Just wanted to say once again thanks for the help/advice/hard work and patience in making this happen for us. Looking at the other sales in the area, I think we have done well. And I no longer have to stress about a tenant looking after our nest!!
We will be reinvesting in some land down here (6000 sqm! a bit different to 500!) so we are looking forward to the next project all the while we have government housing available to us. We are always thinking of the future and how we will be mortgage free at some point.

I am just putting words to paper as I think people don’t get the recognition that they deserve for doing their jobs well.
I first met Libby and Danny at a home open around the corner from where I used to live (prior to Libby and Danny selling my home). They contacted me a few days later and came around that day to value my home. I have to be honest I had five different real estate agents over prior to them coming to value mine. They gave us a realistic figure that we had in our minds anyway.
Danny and Libby ended up selling our home on the first home open and for twelve thousand dollars more than the other agents had said that we would get for it. Apart from the price I think with realestate agents you also go with your heart and whom you find to be friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I really enjoyed their company and at the end of the house settlement felt that we had made new friends.
