The Team

	Danny Vacca – Managing Director/ Licensee Danny has been involved in real estate for many years be it as an Real Estate Agent, Project Manager or Developer. He graduated from studies at TAFE in 2003 having completed a Diploma in Business Management for Real Estate and being granted a Real Estate License from REBA in that same year. He then successfully founded and operated his own real estate company, Vacca Property Consultants Pty Ltd, as a sole trader which until recently sold and developed some of Perth high profile properties. As a founding Team Member of AREA, he welcomes the challenge and pleasure owning and working in a real estate company can bring. Having held high level management positions with a number of companies in a variety of industries, Danny has a sound knowledge of business management; and communication skills when dealing with people.
	Shane Beaumont – Director/ Sales Consultant Shane Beaumont’s decision to start a career in property is one he has never looked back on. After sustaining an injury whilst playing cricket in England three years ago, Shane decided it was time to settle back in Perth and take on a new challenge. Shane has now been in the property industry since 2005 and within this short time has sold more than 300 properties, totaling over $120 million in sales. In October 2006 alone, he sold 34 properties worth $10.5 million in total. This staggering sales success earned Shane both REIWA’s and national Rookie of the Year Award for the 2006/07 financial year. This achievement he is understandably very proud of. In 2009 Shane decided to take on the new and exciting challenge of being director and joint founder of All Real Estate Australiasia Pty Ltd.
	Clara Zorzi – Director/ Business Manager Growing up Surrounded by her Family Run Building and Developing Company, Clara has been exposed to many aspects of Property, Building and Development her whole life. After completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Clara worked as a physiotherapist for 12 months whilst also undertaking a Sales Assistant position in her family company, Zorzi Builders. Worked to assist clients through the Journey of Building a Personalised Home from finding the Perfect Pad to handing over the Final Finished Product. Dealing regularly with Real Estate transactions Clara established an appreciation for the multitude of ways by which Real Estate Investments of every nature can Influence ones’ Lifestyle, Personal and Financial Wealth. Throughout 2008 Clara worked as a key Team Member laying the foundations for the making of All Real Estate Australia Pty Ltd. In 2009 AREA Team was launched with a Common Goal to provide Personalised Service and Exceptional Sales Results in Real Estate.
	Libby Bridge – Company Secretary Libby commenced the workforce in 1978 as the Marketing Assistant of the highly successful Radio Station 6PM in Perth. After a 6 year period in radio, she was offered another marketing position at The Western Australian Cricket Association which involved the State & International advertising and promotion of the game. In 1989, Libby turned to Real Estate where she was employed at Hanson Bridge Property Consultants for a period of 3 years. After this she moved to the northwest and successfully managed a number of hospitality businesses and then returned to Perth in 1999 where she then took up a position as Accounts & Administration Manager at Bridge Irrigation Pty Ltd. During this time Libby also assisted Danny with the founding and operation of their own Real Estate Company known as Vacca Property Consultants Pty Ltd. With the extensive experience in Business Management and Operations that Libby has encountered over the years, she provides a positive direction to our newly formed company All Real Estate Australasia Pty Ltd.
	Alana Earl – Sales Consultant Alana has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2004 and started her career at L J Hooker City Residential, working as the Property Management Department Leasing Manager. Alana successfully helped grow the company’s rent role to over 600 and embraced the challenging role but felt that while the experience that she getting in the job was invaluable, Sales was her forte. Having purchased her own property at the young age of 19, Real Estate has always been a big passion in her life, so when a job opened up with Shane Beaumont at Real Estate Champions as his Buyer’s agent, she jumped at the chance to work in Real Estate Sales. Alana is a qualified Property Manager and Sales Representative and her extensive knowledge with rentals has helped in many sales situations. Alana is customer service focused and enjoys the relationships that Real Estate helps build with her clients.
	Lynette Tartaglia – Sales Consultant. Lynette’s interest in real estate was sparked at the tender age of just 16 when her parents began to share their wisdom about the industry. Her interest in real estate grew and Lynette now boasts a wealth of hands-on knowledge in the areas of leasing, property investment, property development and sales. Originating from Victoria Park, Lynette recently returned from a 4 year stint in the UK where she worked for a large real estate agency in London. Her experience in a managerial role gave her an invaluable insight into one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world and she continues to draw from this experience now that she has returned home to Perth.Lynette’s previous experience was with Real Estate Champions as a PA to the director, which lead to property management as a leasing consultant. Despite thoroughly enjoying these roles, Lynette’s passion for real estate and sales eventually drew her to the sales side of the company where she achieved the Rookie of the year award 2008. Sharing the same vision as AREA the transition to this innovative company was a natural progression where she is looking forward to mastering her skills as a real estate professional.
